Get set for the weekend with setup, meetings, and a welcome reception.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The future of National Shows Discussion Room 105 (across the hall from the conference hall. Police Collectors News will host a meeting to discuss the future of the National Police Collectors Show. Editor and Publisher Mike R. Bondarenko is the host. A special invitation is extended to past and potential future National Show hosts. An agenda will be published in advance of the meeting. Copies will also be available at the door.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Registration and setup (table holders only)
5:15 PM - 5:30 PM
Table holder meeting in room 105 across the hall from the convention hall. Presentations will be made to determine the location of the 2028 National Police Collectors Show. A vote by table holders will follow the presentations to award that show.
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Table holder reception - Augusta Room, Lower-Level Embassy Suites. Join Us for an Evening of Drinks & Good Company! Kick off your weekend and enjoy drinks courtesy of Don Magruder with provided drink coins, redeemable at the banquet bar from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Once the drink coins run out, a cash bar will be available. Light snacks will be served throughout the evening.

The popular Ladies Shopping Spree and Tour will depart via from in front of the Convention Center for the 200-year-old Historic Main Street in St. Charles along the Missouri River. There are over 125 one-of-a-kind shops and 25 restaurants for the ladies to visit and spend your badge money. The trolley ride to and from Main Street is free.
